📩 Send Invitation

Visaflo allows you to send secure questionnaire invitations to clients, making it easy to collect required information for their visa applications. Follow these steps to send an invitation successfully.

Step 1: Navigate to the Case Copied!

  1. Click on Cases from the dashboard.

  2. Select the specific case for which you need to send a questionnaire.

Step 2: Send the InvitationCopied!

  1. Click Invite to send the questionnaire link to the client.

  2. The client will receive an email with a secure link to complete the form.

  3. The status of the invitation will be updated in the Forms tab.
